摘 要:采用静电纺丝法制备了Bi_(12)TiO_(20)纳米粒子。探究了静电纺丝法制备Bi_(12)TiO_(20)粒子时煅烧温度对粒子微观结构和光催化性能的影响,发现在550℃下煅烧所得的粒子含有纯相Bi_(12)TiO_(20),并具有更好的光催化性能,在氙灯辐照90min时四环素(TC)的降解率达到89.93%。通过自由基捕获实验研究了Bi_(12)TiO_(20)光催化降解TC的机理,结果表明,主要光催化反应活性物种为超氧自由基、自由电子和空穴。与水热法相比,采用静电纺丝法制备的Bi_(12)TiO_(20)纳米粒子具有更小的粒径以及更大的比表面积。Bi_(12)TiO_(20)nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning method.The effect of calcination temperature on the microstructure and photocatalytic activity of Bi_(12)TiO_(20)particles prepared by electrospinning was investigated.It was found that the particles calcined at 550℃contained pure phase Bi_(12)TiO_(20),exhibiting better photocatalytic performance,and the degradation rate of tetracycline(TC)reached 89.93%after irradiation for 90 min by xenon lamp.The mechanism of Bi_(12)TiO_(20)photocatalytic degradation of TC was investigated through free radical trapping experiments.The results indicated that the main photocatalytic reactive species were superoxide radicals,free electrons and photogenerated holes.The as-prepared Bi_(12)TiO_(20)nanoparticles by electrospinning method have smaller particle size and larger specific surface area than that by hydrothermal method.
