摘  要:采用熔融冷却法制备了不同掺杂质量分数(0~5%)B(2)O_(3)的Na_(2)O-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Sb_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)(NZASP)系统玻璃。采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、热膨胀分析仪、差热分析仪和荧光光谱仪等对玻璃的结构、热性能、化学稳定性和发光性能进行了测试表征。结果表明,B(2)O_(3)掺入后玻璃呈非晶态结构,随着B(2)O_(3)掺入量的增加,玻璃化转变温度和起始结晶温度不断提高,玻璃热稳定性和化学稳定性呈先增大后降低的趋势。在B(2)O_(3)质量分数为4%时,玻璃的起始结晶温度与转变温度差为270℃,在99℃下水腐蚀1h失重率为0.319%,具有相对较高的热稳定性和化学稳定性;在254nm激发下可获得具有较高的荧光强度的蓝白光,在白光LED领域具有较高的潜在应用价值。A series of Na_(2)O-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-Sb_(2)O_(3)-P_(2)O_(5)(NZASP)system glass doped with different mass fractions(0-5%)of B(2)O_(3)were prepared by melt cooling method.The structure,thermal properties,chemical stability and luminescence properties of the glass were characterized and tested using X ray diffractometer,infrared spectrometer,thermal expansion analyzer,differential thermal analyzer and fluorescence spectrometer.The research results showed that the glass exhibited an amorphous structure after the addition of B(2)O_(3).As the amount of B(2)O_(3)added increased,the glass transition temperature and initial crystallization temperature continued to increase,while the thermal and chemical stability showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The difference between the initial crystallization temperature and the transition temperature of the glass was 270℃when the mass fraction of B(2)O_(3)was 4%,and the weight loss rate was 0.319%after water corrosion at 99℃for 1 h,indicating relatively high thermal and chemical stability.The blue and white light with high fluorescence intensity can be obtained at 254 nm,which has high potential application value in the field of white LED.
