双网络疏水SiO_(2)气凝胶的结构调控及隔热性能

摘  要:为了提升以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源制备的SiO_(2)气凝胶的隔热性能,以TEOS和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)作为双硅源制备了双网络SiO_(2)气凝胶。通过改变MTES与TEOS摩尔比实现了对双网络结构SiO_(2)气凝胶的骨架结构和孔径的调控,经过结构调控后的SiO_(2)气凝胶的比表面积最高可达876.66m^(2)/g,平均孔径为9.06nm。随着MTES与TEOS摩尔比的增大,双网络SiO_(2)气凝胶的力学性能逐渐增强,其隔热能力先减小后增大,其导热系数最低可达0.026 W/(m·K),并且在红外灯照射下的自制隔热模型的最大温差可以达到35℃。MTES硅源的加入使得双网络SiO_(2)气凝胶的疏水性提高,与水的接触角可达130°。这种兼具优异力学性能和隔热性能的疏水性SiO_(2)气凝胶材料在保温隔热领域具有广泛的应用前景。To improve the thermal insulation properties of SiO_(2)aerogels which prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as silicon source,dual-network SiO_(2)aerogels were prepared using TEOS and methyltriethoxysilane(MTES)as dual silicon sources.The skeletal structure and pore size of the SiO_(2)aerogels were modulated by changing the molar ratio of MTES/TEOS.The structure-regulated SiO_(2)aerogel had a specific surface area of up to 876.66 m^(2)/g with an average pore diameter of 9.06 nm,its mechanical properties were gradually enhanced,its thermal insulation ability followed the law of first decreasing and later increasing with the increase of MTES/TEOS molar ratio,and its thermal conductivity could be as low as 0.026 W/(m·K).The maximum temperature difference of the homemade thermal insulation model under the irradiation of infrared lamps could be up to 35℃.The hydrophobicity of the dual network SiO_(2)aerogel was improved by adding MTES silicon source,and the contact angle with water could reach up to 130°.This hydrophobic SiO_(2)aerogel material with excellent mechanical and thermal insulation properties have broad applications in the field of thermal insulation.
