摘　　要：文章对夏天教授提出的“寒浊”是导致女性生殖障碍性疾病的核心病机进行探讨,主要提出“寒浊”的概念,认为“寒浊”既是病理产物,也是致病因素,并阐述其引发女性生殖障碍性疾病的病理过程,文章明确认识“寒浊”的概念和相关病理过程,进一步完善了夏天教授学术思想体系,为探求防治女性生殖障碍性疾病提供新的思路与方法。This paper discusses the“cold turbidity”proposed by Professor XIA Tian as the core pathogenesis of female reproductive disorders,mainly puts forward the concept of“cold turbidity”,considers that“cold turbidity”is both a pathological product and a pathogenic factor,and expounds the pathological process of female reproductive disorders caused by it.The paper clearly understands the concept of“cold turbidity”and related pathological process.It further improves the academic thought system of summer teaching and provides new ideas and methods for exploring prevention and treatment of female reproductive disorders.
