肥胖浊毒为患探析

摘　　要：通过中国知网、万方等数据库相关研究文献对浊毒与肥胖的关系进行评价,发现浊毒在肥胖发生发展的病理过程中扮演重要角色,浊毒与肥胖有密切关系,浊毒内蕴是肥胖及其导致的一系列慢性代谢性疾病迁延和深化的关键所在,解毒化浊法是防治肥胖的有效方法。但目前学界尚缺乏肥胖浊毒内蕴证辨证论治的统一标准,亟需开展有关肥胖浊毒内蕴辨证论治标准化研究,以规范和促进解毒化浊药物干预肥胖的研究防治工作。Through the evaluation of the relationship between turbid toxicity and obesity through the relevant research literature of CNKI,Wan fang and other databases,it is found that turbid toxicity plays an important role in the pathological process of the development of obesity.Turbid toxicity is closely related to obesity.The connotation of turbid poison is the key to the extension and deepening of a series of chronic metabolic diseases caused by obesity.Detoxification and turbidification is an effective method for the prevention and treatment of obesity,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.However,at present,the academic community still lacks a unified standard for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of obesity turbidity.It is urgent to carry out standardized research on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of obesity turbidity in order to standardize and promote the research and prevention of detoxification turbidity drugs in the intervention of obesity.
