摘　　要：介绍国医大师郭诚杰教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)患者围绝经期失眠的经验。郭诚杰教授认为POI患者所表现的围绝经期失眠与脏腑功能失调,气血阴阳失和密切相关;其发病机制为血虚肝郁,虚热内扰。主张“病-证-症”三辨结合,首在治病,重在辨证,兼以治症,多法并举,标本兼顾。临床疗效显著,值得进一步挖掘研究。This paper introduces the experience of Professor GUO Chengjie,a Chinese medical master,in treating POI patients with perimenopausal insomnia.Professor GUO believes that perimenopausal insomnia in POI patients is closely related to the dysfunction of Zang-fu organs and the imbalance of qi,blood and Yin and Yang.Its pathogenesis is blood deficiency and liver depression,deficiency heat internal disturbance.In clinic,advocate the combination of“disease-syndrome-symptom”,the first is treat the disease,emphasis on dialectics,and to treat the symptom,Multiple methods at the same time,both specimens,the clinical effect is remarkable,worthy of further exploration and research.
