摘  要:目的构建一种基于数字图像处理的角膜区域性生物力学性能评估方法。方法通过离体兔眼角膜膨胀实验,结合粒子图像测速(PIV)技术和粒子群优化算法,开发一种随机抽样迭代运算算法,用于求解角膜不同区域的生物力学参数。结果PIV技术与激光位移器测量结果高度一致(R2=0.966),且优化后的随机抽样迭代算法在循环后误差趋于稳定,求解精度和重复性高。最终选择对全角膜进行均质求解,并以此结果作为随机抽样迭代运算的初始值,并通过定制的程序随机生成循环顺序,每次随机抽取3个区域并确保在25次循环中,25个区域每个区域能够被优化运算3次,同时运算该3个区域的μ和α最为有效。结论该方法成功实现了角膜区域性的生物力学性能评估,可为角膜疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供新的思路和评估手段。Objective To construct a method for evaluating the regional biomechanical properties of the cornea based on digital image processing.Methods Through an ex vivo rabbit corneal inflation experiment,combined with the particle image velocimetry(PIV)technique and the particle swarm optimization,a random sampling iterative operation algorithm was developed to solve the biomechanical parameters of different regions of the cornea.Results The measurement results of the PIV technique were highly consistent with those of the laser displacement sensor(R2=0.966).Moreover,the optimized random sampling iterative algorithm showed that the error tended to be stable after the iteration,with high solution accuracy and repeatability.Finally,homogeneous solution for the whole cornea was selected,and the result was used as the initial value for the random sampling iterative operation.A customized program was used to randomly generate the loop order.Three regions were randomly selected each time,and it was ensured that each of the 25 regions could be optimized three times during 25 loops.Meanwhile,it was most effective to calculateμandαof these three regions simultaneously.Conclusion This method successfully achieves the evaluation of the regional biomechanical properties of the cornea,which provides new ideas and evaluation methods for the early diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases.
