摘 要:针对油豆角种植机械化程度较低的问题,以油豆角农艺要求为基础,设计了一种覆膜穴播机,一次作业可完成开沟、施肥、覆膜、膜上穴播、压膜覆土等作业工序。同时,确定了覆膜穴播机的整机结构和工作原理,并对关键部件进行了结构设计和参数确定。对覆膜穴播机进行田间试验,结果表明:地膜采光面利用率、地膜漏覆土率分别为94.2%和2.4%,播种合格率为93.3%,漏播率为3.7%,重播率为3%,平均穴距为335.8 mm,满足油豆角覆膜穴播机设计要求。In response to the low level of mechanisation in oil string beans cultivation,designed of a mulching and hole sowing machine based on the agronomic requirements of oil string beans.The machine can be used for trenching,fertiliser application,mulching,hole sowing on film and mulching in one operation.The machine structure and working principle of the mulching hole sower were determined,and the structural design and parameters of key components were determined.Field trials were conducted on the cavity seeder,which showed that:the utilisation rate of the lighted surface of the film and the leakage rate of the film were 94.2%and 2.4%respectively,the seeding pass rate was 93.3%,the leakage rate was 3.7%,the reseeding rate was 3%and the average hole spacing was 335.8 mm,meeting the design requirements of mulching and hole sowing machine.
