摘  要:随着农业生产规模的持续扩大,精量播种凭借播种精度高、速度快等优势在农业生产中得到快速应用。但是,受农田土壤硬度、地形等作业环境的影响,精量播种机工作时容易出现被异物卡住或堵塞的情况,而播种机无法根据农田深度自动调整播种深度,影响播种质量。为此,深入分析精量化播种机功能需求,引入可变参数化设计理念,通过分析精量播种机关键部件的工作原理和控制参数,完成精量播种机三维建模;同时,优化参数化设计流程,按照参数化操作流程,完成不同参数的三维模型设计;最后,通过田间播种作业进行验证,结果表明:基于可变参数化的精量化播种机结构设计合理,运行稳定,播种深度满足要求,达到了预期设计目的。With the continuous expansion of agricultural production scale,precision sowing has been rapidly applied in agricultural production due to its advantages such as high sowing accuracy and fast speed.However,due to the impact of the working environment such as farmland hardness and terrain,precision seeders are prone to getting stuck or blocked by foreign objects during operation.At the same time,the seeder cannot automatically adjust the sowing depth based on the depth of the farmland,which affects the sowing quality.This paper deeply analyzed the functional requirement of the precision seeder,introduced the variable parametric design concept,and completed the 3D modeling of the precision seeder by analyzing the working principle and control parameters of the key componentd of the precision seeder.At the same time,it optimized the parametric design process,and completed the 3D model design of different parameters according to the parametric operation process.Finally,through field seeding operations,the results showed that the precision seeder based on variable parameterization had a reasonable structural design,stable operation,and the sowing depth met the requirements,achieving the expected design goals.
