摘 要:针对植物工厂栽培盘采收环节自动化程度低、采收效率低等现状,设计了一种由栽培杯推送机构和栽培杯输送机构组成的栽培盘自动采收装置。该装置的特点是栽培杯推送机构通过栽培杯托叉将栽培盖中的所有栽培杯同时推送,从而实现高效推送。为了验证栽培盘自动采收装置中栽培杯推送机构的作业效果,进行了栽培杯推送试验。通过试验确定栽培杯推送机构中栽培杯托叉最佳尺寸参数为:托叉片长40 mm、宽6 mm、厚2 mm, 4个托叉片围成的内切圆直径38 mm,钢针长度15 mm,栽培杯推送平均偏角2.2°。试验中,3种根系状态下托叉内圆直径对平均偏角的影响大于钢针长度对平均偏角的影响,且栽培杯中叶菜之间的干涉作用对推送成功率影响不显著,推送成功率达到95%。In view of the low automation degree and low efficiency of harvest in plant factory,this paper presented an automatic harvest device which was composed of a cup-pushing mechanism and a cup-conveying mechanism.The characteristic of the device was that the cultivation cup pushing mechanism can push all the cultivation cups in the cultivation cover simultaneously through the cultivation cup supporting fork to realize efficient pushing.In order to verify the effect of the cup-pushing mechanism in the automatic harvesting device,the cup-pushing experiment was carried out.According to the test results,the optimum size parameters of the cup-pushing mechanism were as follows:the length of the cup-pushing plate was 40 mm,the width was 6 mm,the thickness was 2 mm,the diameter of the tangent circle formed by the four cup-pushing plates was 38 mm,the length of the steel needle was 15 mm,and the average deflection angle of the cup-pushing mechanism was 2.2°.The influence of the inner circle diameter of the fork on the average declination angle was greater than that of the length of the steel needle.The influence of the interference between the vegetables in the cultivated cup on the success rate of pushing was not significant,and the success rate of pushing reached 95%.
