摘  要:岩棉栽培块是温室园艺生产中广泛应用的基质之一,目前国内外岩棉栽培块的装盘仍然采用人工方式,此方式劳动强度大且对身体有害,急需自动装盘机构。由于岩棉栽培块有质量轻、表面多绒毛等特点,难以均匀高效地送料。为实现岩棉栽培块均匀高效地送料,设计了一种岩棉栽培块分离送料机构,可使用传送带配合分离辊高效、均匀送料。以分离辊高度、传送带倾角与传送带的输送形式为试验因素,岩棉栽培块送料数量波动为评价指标设计全面试验,得到了分离辊高度、传送带倾角和传送带的输送形式与岩棉栽培块送料数量的波动的关系。试验结果表明:分离辊高度40 mm、传送带倾角20°、传送带输送形式为后退1 s再前进3 s时,岩棉栽培块送料数量波动为3个,组合送料均匀性最优。研究结果可为进一步的结构设计和工作参数优化提供参考。Rock wool cultivation block is one of the widely used substrates in greenhouse horticulture production.At present,rock wool cultivation block is still assembled by artificial method at home and abroad,which has high labor intensity and is harmful to the body.Because of the characteristics of light weight and fluffy surface of rock wool cultivation block,it is difficult to feed uniformly and efficiently.In order to achieve uniform and efficient feeding of rock wool cultivated block,a separation feeding mechanism of rock wool cultivation blocks was proposed.The mechanism used conveyor belt and separation roller to achieve efficient and uniform feeding.Taking the height of the separating roll,the inclination of the conveyor belt and the conveyance form of the conveyor belt as the test factors,and the fluctuation of the feeding quantity of the rock wool cultivation block as the evaluation index,a comprehensive test was designed to obtain the relationship between the height of the separating roll,the inclination of the conveyor belt and the conveying form of the conveyor belt and the fluctuation of the feeding quantity of the rock wool cultivation block.The test results showed that:When the height of the separation roll was 40 mm,the inclination of the conveyor belt was 20°,and the conveyor form was 1 s backward and then 3 s forward,the fluctuation of the feeding quantity of the rock wool cultivation block was 3,and the combination feeding uniformity was the best.The results can provide reference for further structural design and working parameter optimization.
