摘 要:针对现有联合收获机离心风机难以满足高含水率作物清选,采用SolidWorks软件设计了贯流风机模型,运用Mesh软件对其划分网格,再利用CFD技术对网格模型进行内部气流场分布的数值模拟,并以贯流风机的转速、进风口风温两个设计参数作为试验因素,对贯流风机内部气流场分布进行单因素仿真试验。通过分析贯流风机出风口风速云图和风温云图,确定风机叶轮转速为1 200 r/min、进风口风温120℃时,热气流贯流风机的工作性能最好。In response to the difficulty of meeting the high moisture content crop cleaning requirements of the existing combined harvester centrifugal fan,a cross flow fan model was designed using Solid Works software.Mesh software was used to divide it into grids,and CFD technology was used to numerically simulate the internal airflow field distribution of the grid model.Two design parameters,namely the fan speed and inlet air temperature of the cross flow fan,were used as experimental factors,conducted a single factor simulation experiment on the internal airflow field distribution of a cross flow fan.By analyzing the wind speed and temperature cloud maps at the outlet of the cross flow fan,it was determined that the working performance of the hot air cross flow fan was the best when the fan impeller speed was 1200 r/min and the inlet air temperature was 120℃.
