摘 要:目的探讨体重指数(BMI)的累积暴露与心外膜脂肪组织密度(EATD)的关联。方法基于开滦研究队列人群,将研究对象根据累积BMI暴露水平三分位数分为Q1、Q2和Q3三组。应用广义线性回归模型,分析不同累积BMI暴露水平与EATD之间的关联性;之后根据EATD的中位数(-86HU),定义EATD≤-86 HU为EATD降低,用Logistic回归模型分析不同累积BMI暴露水平与EATD降低的关联,最后进行了分层分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果随着累积BMI暴露水平的升高,EATD呈逐渐降低趋势且EATD降低的风险明显增加。结论累积BMI暴露水平与EATD具有显著相关性;高水平的累积BMI暴露水平导致EATD降低的风险增加。Objective To explore the association between cumulative exposure to Body Mass Index(BMI)and the density of epicardial adipose tissue(EATD).Methods Based on the Kailuan study cohort,subjects were categorized into three groups(Q1,Q2,and Q3)according to their cumulative BMI exposure levels.A generalized linear regression model was used to analyze the relationship between different cumulative BMI exposure levels and EATD.Subsequently,considering the median of EATD(-86 HU),EATD≤-86 HU was defined as reduced EATD.A Logistic regression model was then employed to analyze the association between different cumulative BMI exposure levels and reduced EATD.Stratified analyses were also conducted,with P<0.05 considered statistically significant.Results As cumulative BMI exposure increased,EATD showed a gradual downward trend,and the risk of reduced EATD significantly increased.Conclusion Cumulative BMI exposure level was significantly associated with EATD.Higher levels of cumulative BMI exposure were associated with an increased risk of reduced EATD..
