摘　　要：目的观察反向支撑可调节支架在交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析92例胫骨骨折患者临床资料,其中44例(观察组)采用反向支撑可调节支架辅助髓内钉内固定术治疗,48例(对照组)辅助复位实施胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,分析比较两组患者的手术时间、术者人数、开放复位例数、X线暴露次数、骨折愈合时间、并发症及Johner-Wruhs评分优良率。结果观察组手术时间、术者人数和X线暴露次数均少于对照组(P均<0.05),两组患者的Johner-Wruhs评分优良率、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率和开放复位例数差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论反向支撑可调节支架辅助胫骨髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨骨折应用效果好,可提高愈合率。Objective To observe the application effect of a reverse-support adjustable support frame in interlocking intramedullary nail fixation for tibial fractures.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with tibial fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,44 patients(observation group)were treated with intramedullary nailing assisted by a reverse-support adjustable support frame,while 48 patients(control group)underwent tibial interlocking intramedullary nail fixation assisted by manual reduction.The operation time,number of personnel involved,instances of open reduction,X-ray exposure frequency,fracture healing time,complications,and the excellent and good rates of Johner-Wruhs scores were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter operation time,fewer personnel involved in surgery,and fewer X-ray exposures than the control group(P all<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the excellent and good rates of Johner-Wruhs scores,fracture healing time,complication rates,or the number of open reductions(P all>0.05).Conclusion The use of a reverse-support adjustable support frame as an adjunct in tibial intramedullary nail fixation for tibial fractures demonstrates favorable application outcomes and can improve healing rates.
