摘 要:以TiO_(2)为载体、V_(2)O_(5)为活性组分,通过掺杂稀土和分子筛调控催化剂氧化还原性和酸性,采用直接挤出成型法制备了FN-3脱硝催化剂。采用固定床反应器考察了催化剂的脱硝性能,试验结果表明,稀土和分子筛改性增强了催化剂表面酸性和氧化还原性的协同作用,提高了脱硝活性。工业标定结果表明,采用FN-3脱硝催化剂进行烟气脱硝,出口烟气中NO x质量浓度低于40 mg m^(3),满足NO_(x)超低排放要求。FN-3 denitrification catalyst was prepared by direct extrusion molding using TiO_(2)as the carrier and V_(2)O_(5)as the active component,using rare earths and molecular sieves to regulate the redox and acidity of the catalyst.The denitrification performance of the catalyst was investigated by a fixed bed reactor.The experimental results showed that the modification of rare earth and molecular sieve enhanced the synergistic effect of surface acidity and redox properties of the catalyst.The industrial calibration results show that using FN-3 denitrification catalyst for flue gas,the NO_(x)concentration in the outlet flue gas could be below 40 mg m^(3),meeting the requirements for ultra-low NO_(x)emissions.
