摘 要:竖向预应力损失是导致连续刚构桥箱梁腹板开裂的主要原因,因此探明竖向预应力损失的原因对于桥梁维护与加固而言至关重要。通过现场监测与有限元计算,分析了连续刚构桥施工过程中精轧螺纹钢筋和预应力钢棒的预应力损失情况。结果表明,精轧螺纹钢筋和预应力钢棒在施工阶段的预应力损失极小,预应力的损失主要发生在传力锚固阶段和混凝土收缩徐变阶段;预应力钢棒在施工各阶段的预应力损失均小于精轧螺纹钢筋,更宜用作连续刚构桥的竖向预应力结构。The vertical prestress loss is the main cause of cracking in the web plate of the box girder of the continuous rigid frame bridge.Therefore,identifying the cause of the vertical prestress loss is crucial for the bridge maintenance and reinforcement.Through the on-site monitoring and finite element calculation,the prestress loss of the precision rolled threaded steel bar and prestressed steel bar during the construction process of the continuous rigid frame bridge is analyzed.The result shows that,the prestress loss of the precision rolled threaded steel bar and prestressed steel bar is minimal during the construction phase,and the prestress loss mainly occurs during the force transmission anchoring phase and the concrete shrinkage and creep phase.The prestress loss of the prestressed steel bar during various stages of construction is smaller than that of the precision rolled threaded steel bar,which is more suitable for using as the vertical prestressed structure in the continuous rigid frame bridge.
