摘 要:山区高填方路基填筑过程中易出现路基差异沉降、支挡结构侧向变形大、施工困难和进度较慢等问题,这些问题在陡峭路段尤为突出。泡沫混凝土属于新型工程轻质材料,性质独特,在山区高填方陡峭路基填筑所需的施工操作性、安全环保性、工程效率和成本费用上具有较大优势。文章依托四川省某高速公路K段高填方陡峭路基,研究了泡沫混凝土的理论与施工工艺,以期为后续类似工程提供一定的借鉴参考。During the filling process of the high-fill subgrade in mountainous area,the problems such as differential settlement of subgrade,large lateral deformation of retaining structure,construction difficulties,and slow progress and so on are prone to occur,which are particularly prominent in the steep road section.Foam concrete is a new type of engineering lightweight material with unique properties.It has great advantages in the construction operability,safety and environmental protection,engineering efficiency and cost of steep high-fill subgrade filling in mountainous area.Relying on the steep high-fill subgrade of the K section of an expressway in Sichuan province,the theory and construction technology of foam concrete are studied,so as to provide some reference for the subsequent similar projects.
