摘 要:针对半柔性路面中灌浆料强度低和干缩性较差的问题,综合考虑流动度、干缩率、抗拉强度和抗压强度因素,通过单因素实验得出灌浆料常规配合比,再掺加减水剂、减缩剂和缓凝剂。通过正交试验,应用极差分析方法,分析不同外加剂对灌浆料性能的影响规律,进而确定高性能灌浆料的最佳配合比。结果表明:外加剂对灌浆料性能影响显著,最佳掺量为减水剂0.6%、减缩剂2.0%、缓凝剂0.15%。In response to the problems of low strength and poor dry shrinkage of grouting material in semi-flexible pavement,considering factors such as flowability,dry shrinkage rate,tensile strength and compressive strength,the conventional mix proportion of grouting material is obtained through the single factor experiment,followed by the addition of water reducing agent,shrinkage reducing agent and retarder.Through the orthogonal experiment,the influence rule of different additives on the performance of grouting material is analyzed by applying the range analysis method,and the optimal mix proportion of high-performance grouting material is determined.The results show that:the additive has a significant influence on the performance of grouting material,and the optimal mixing amount is 0.6%water reducing agent,2.0%shrinkage reducing agent,and 0.15%retarder.
