多因素控制下山区公路“三改二”路线方案比选

摘　　要：以甘肃省G244线长庆桥至罗汉洞段升级改造项目为研究案例,分析了山区三级公路升级改造为二级公路的建设特点,以及升级改造项目影响路线选线的控制因素。以经济、环保为前提,维持原旧路走廊带不变,采用单侧加宽方式确定了选线原则。结合沿线地理条件、地形地貌和地质概况,从路线指标、旧路利用率、安全性和工程造价等方面进行了方案比选。Taking the upgrading and reconstruction project of the section from Changqing bridge to Luohan tunnel of G244 line in Gansu province as the case research,the construction characteristics of the upgrading and reconstruction of the third-class highway to the second-class highway in mountainous area as well as the control factors of the upgrading and reconstruction project affecting the route selection are analyzed.Under the premise of economy and environmental protection,the original old road corridor belt remains unchanged,and the route selection principle is determined by adopting the single-sided widening method.In combination with the geographical conditions,topography,and geological overview along the route,the scheme comparison and selection is carried out from the aspects of route indicators,utilization rate of old roads,safety,and engineering cost and so on.
