摘  要:桂西北地区是广西石漠化最严重地区,也是少数民族聚居、贫困人口最为集中、经济发展较为落后地区。该区域水利基础设施薄弱、工程性缺水严重,存在城市供水安全风险大、农村供水保障率低、灌溉率低等问题。对桂西北3市进行分类需水预测,采用长系列资料进行面上水量平衡计算,分析桂西北地区水源配置初步方案,提出新建左江沿边灌区工程、右江沿边灌区工程、刁江生态脆弱区供水保障工程、百色北部山区供水保障工程、百色南部沿边山区供水保障工程、十县百镇千村供水保障工程等重点工程,解决城区用水、村镇供水以及农业用水,促进桂西北地区经济社会高质量发展。The northwest region of Guangxi is the most severely affected area of rocky desertification in Guangxi,and is also an area where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities,poverty is most concentrated,and econom-ic development is relatively backward.This area has the problems such as weak water infrastructure,serious engi-neering water shortage,high risk of urban water supply safety,low guarantee rate of rural water supply,low irriga-tion rate etc.Classification water demand forecast was conducted for three cities in northwest Guangxi.The surface water balance was calculated using a long series of data.The preliminary scheme of water resources allocation in northwest Guangxi was analyzed.Aiming to solve the urban,township and agricultural water supply,promote eco-nomic and social high-quality development in northwest Guangxi,11 new projects were proposed including Zuoji-ang River Border Irrigation Zone Project,Youjiang River Border Irrigation Zone Project,Diaojiang River Ecological Fragile Zone Water Supply Guarantee Project,water supply guarantee project in northern mountainous area of Baise City,water supply guarantee project in southern border mountainous area of Baise City,water supply guarantee proj-ects for 10 counties,100 towns and 1000 villages etc.
