摘　　要：水利工程征地移民专业工作仅依靠Word,Excel等基本软件工具,统计分析效率和精度仍有不足。本文利用计算机技术,通过引入GIS,开发征地移民专业辅助设计系统,为实物数据采集查询、洪水淹没区分析、移民安置区规划等提供技术支持。系统自动计算补偿金额、进度分析、补偿协议生成签订等功能。有效提高征地移民专业的工作效率及设计精度,节省人力和时间。The land acquisition and resettlement work only rely on the basic software tools of Word and Excel etc.,so the statistical and analysis efficiency and accuracy are insufficient.By use of computer technology and leading into GIS,a land acquisition and resettlement auxiliary design system is developed to provide technical support for physi-cal data collection and query,analysis of flood inundation area,planning of resettlement area.This system permits automatic compensation amount calculation,progress analysis,compensation protocol generation and signing,effectively improves the land acquisition and resettlement working efficiency and design accuracy with less consumption of manpower and time.
