摘　　要：建设征地移民安置是影响大中型引调水工程建设规模和后期效益的重要因素,科学合理地开展建设征地移民安置规划是建设好大中型引调水工程的关键。本文结合大中型引调水工程的特点,针对建设征地移民安置规划的重点和难点进行分析,提出相应解决措施和意见建议,并以广西某水资源配置工程建设征地移民安置规划进行说明,为其他大中型引调水工程开展建设征地移民安置规划工作提供参考。Land requisition and resettlement is an important factor affecting the scale and post-construction benefits of large and medium-sized water diversion projects.A scientific and reasonable land requisition and resettlement planning is crucial for the construction of large and medium-sized water diversion projects.Combined with the char-acteristics of large and medium-sized water diversion projects,the author analyzes the key points and difficulties of land requisition and resettlement planning;proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions.The land requisition and resettlement planning of a water resources allocation project in Guangxi is used as example for reference.
