摘 要:以遥感、大数据、Arcgis、无人机、数字化模型等信息技术为支撑,开展水土保持工程图斑精细化管理体系关键技术研究,构建水土保持重点工程图斑精细化管理体系框架。利用高分辨率影像、国土“三调数据”、DEM数据、土壤侵蚀数据等,对项目区内已经实施完成或者正在实施的水土保持措施进行解译,生成数字正射影像图,对工程前期设计、建设进度、竣工完成情况等进行分析和总结,实现对水土保持工程实施计划与施工进度、工程布设位置、范围及大小等全流程可视化监管,实现工程管理数字化场景,提升水土保持工程核查、抽查、验收工作和监管的效率。With technical support of remote sensing,big data,Arcgis,UAV,digital model and other information,the key technology of pattern spot refinement management system for soil and water conservancy project was studied;a map pattern spot refinement management system framework for key soil and water conservation projects was estab-lished.By use of high-resolution images,the data of the third national land resource survey,DEM data and soil ero-sion data,the soil and water conservation measures that have been implemented or are being implemented in the project area are interpreted;digital orthophoto images are generated;the preliminary design,construction progress and completion information of projects are analyzed and summarized,realizing full-process visual supervision of implementation plan,construction progress,arrangement location and scope as well as the size of soil and water con-servation project,realizing digital scenarios for project management,improving the efficiency of verification,spot check,acceptance and supervision of soil and water conservation project.
