南宁市小型水库运行管理存在的主要问题及对策

摘　　要：分析了南宁小型水库运行管理存在地理位置偏远、基础管护设施不完善、专业技术人员匮乏、日常运行管理工作落实不到位、管护资金紧缺等问题,并提出了加强基础设施建设、完善人才引进和培养机制、加大管护资金投入、创新管护模式等对策。Analysis is made on the problems existing in the operation and management of small reservoirs in Nanning City,such as remote geographical locations,imperfect basic management and protection facilities,lack of profession⁃al technical personnel,ineffective implementation of daily operation and management work,and a shortage of man⁃agement and maintenance funds,based on which the author puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure,improving the mechanism for introducing and cultivating talents,increasing the in⁃vestment in management and maintenance funds,and innovating the management and protection modes.
