摘　　要：水利工程档案管理存在设施建设不够先进、管理机制不够健全、信息化水平不高、管理人员素质参差不齐等问题。随着信息技术的不断发展,亟需创新水利工程档案工作理念、方法、模式。为了进一步科学规范地进行水利工程档案管理,针对当前水利工程档案管理的实际情况,提出了相应的解决方案和对策。There exist some problems in the file management of water conservancy projects,such as the facilities is not advanced enough,the management mechanism is not perfect enough,the information level is not high,and the quality of management personnel is uneven.With the continuous development of information technology,it is urgent to innovate the concept,method and mode of file management of water conservancy project.In view of the current situation of file management for water conservancy project,the main problems and shortcomings are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions and countermeasures are put forward.
