摘 要:为提高迷迭香精油的出油率,优化实际应用中水蒸气蒸馏法提取迷迭香精油工艺,采用纤维素酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取迷迭香精油,并通过Box-Behnken响应面设计法优化提取工艺,最后利用GC-MS对迷迭香精油化学成分进行分析。结果表明,当加酶量为2.06%,酶解pH为5.0,酶解温度为46.5℃,酶解时间为1.7 h时,迷迭香精油得率高达4.1%。利用GC-MS和保留指数法从豫产迷迭香精油中鉴定出33种化合物,主要成分为1,8-桉叶油醇(54.05%)、α-蒎烯(20.67%)和冰片(5.73%)。该研究结果为迷迭香精油添加剂的开发应用奠定了技术基础。In order to improve the yield of rosemary essential oil(REO)and optimize steam distillation method extraction process of REO in practical application,cellulase-assisted steam distillation method is used to extract REO,and the extraction process is optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design method.Finally,GC-MS is used to analyze the chemical components of REO.The results show that when the enzyme addition amount is 2.06%,the enzymatic hydrolysis pH is 5.0,the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature is 46.5℃and the enzymatic hydrolysis time is 1.7 h,the yield of rosemary essential oil is as high as 4.1%.A total of 33 compounds are identified from the REO produced in Henan using GCMS and retention index method.The main components are 1,8-cineole(54.05%),α-pinene(20.67%)and borneol(5.73%).The results have laid a technical foundation for the development and application of rosemary essential oil additives.
