数字经济与绿色创新协同发展的时空格局及驱动因素

摘　　要：文章基于数字经济与绿色创新的协同发展机理,构建了二者协同发展水平评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、空间杜宾模型探究了2012—2022年数字经济与绿色创新协同发展的时空格局及驱动因素。结果表明:(1)考察期内数字经济与绿色创新协同发展水平逐渐提高,实现了由勉强协同向中级协同的阶段性转变,但尚未形成良性互动,大部分省份仍处于以数字经济滞后型为主的初级协同阶段。(2)协同发展水平在空间上呈“东部—东北—中部—西部”阶梯递减格局,空间失衡问题随时间推移得到缓解,地区间差异是造成总体差异的主要原因。(3)协同发展的动态演进具有明显的路径依赖效应,不易发生层级跨越;考虑空间因素后,协同发展等级转移受邻域影响较大,呈现“高拉动低、低抑制高”的俱乐部收敛特征。(4)经济发展、对外开放和政府调控是二者协同发展的关键驱动因素,且对本地及相邻地区均有显著的正向作用。On the basis of coordinated development mechanism between digital economy and green innovation,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the coordinated development level between the two,and ten uses the coupling coordination degree model and spatial Durbin model to explore the spatiotemporal evolution pattern and driving factors of the coordinated development between digital economy and green innovation from 2012 to 2022.The results are shown as the following:(1)During the study period,the coordinated development level between the digital economy and green innovation has gradually increased,achieving a phased transition from barely coordinated to intermediate coordination.However,a virtuous interaction has not yet been formed,and most provinces are still in the primary coordination stage dominated by the lagging digital economy.(2)The coordinated development level shows the decreasing pattern of“east-northeast-central-west”in space;the spatial imbalance has been alleviated over time;the differences among the four regions are the main reason for the overall differences.(3)The dynamic evolution of the coordinated development has obvious path-dependent effects,and it is not easy to cross the hierarchy;after the spatial factors are considered,the coordinated development level transfer is influenced by the neighboring areas,showing the club convergence characteristics of“high level pulling low level and low level inhibiting high level”.(4)Economic development,openness to the outside world and government regulation are key drivers of the coordinated development between the two,and all of them have a significant positive effect on local and neighboring regions.
