摘　　要：构建数据产品卫星账户,对数据产品在国民经济中的参与情况进行全面核算,能为准确反映数据要素在经济增长中的作用提供重要参考。文章首先总结了现有文献对数据产品、数据产业的定义和分类;其次,从核算角度出发,梳理了数据产品生产链条,定义了数据产品、数据产业等相关概念,讨论了数据产品和数据产业的分类问题;最后,提出了数据产品卫星账户的主要表式和相关指标。研究结果显示,在卫星账户中,通过构建包括数据产业供给使用表、资产负债表在内的主要表式,可以从生产角度追踪数据产品的供给,从使用角度追踪数据产品的去向,掌握各类数据产品的积累量和存量,以及数据产品在整个国民经济中的供给与消耗、消费、积累情况。The establishment of satellite accounts of data products and the comprehensive accounting of the participation of data products in the national economy can provide an important reference for accurately reflecting the role of data elements in economic growth.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition and classification of data products and data industry in the existing literature.Then,from the perspective of national accounting,the paper analyzes the production chain of data products,defines the related concepts of data products and data industry,and discusses the classification of data products and industry.Finally,the paper proposes the main tables and related indexes of satellite accounts of data products.The research results show that by constructing the main tables including the data industry supply use table and balance sheet,we can track the supply of data products from the perspective of production and the use of data products from the perspective of expenditure,master the accumulation and stock of various data products,and the supply,consumption,expenditure and accumulation of data products in the entire national economy.
