摘　　要：文章基于2013—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,借助熵值法测度中国高标准数据要素市场建设水平,并运用Dagum基尼系数法、核密度估计法揭示中国高标准数据要素市场建设水平的区域差异及动态演进趋势。研究发现:中国高标准数据要素市场建设水平呈现稳步增长趋势,但整体水平较低,仍有较大提升空间,其中,高标准数据要素开放水平较低是制约中国高标准数据要素市场建设的瓶颈;中国高标准数据要素市场建设水平的区域间差异呈现缩小趋势,且是造成总体差异的主要来源。全国及东部、中部、西部地区中国高标准数据要素市场建设水平的绝对差异均逐步缩小,东北地区则有扩大趋势。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the construction level of China’s high-standard data factor market,and adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient method and Kernel density estimation method to reveal the regional differences and dynamic evolution trend of China’s high-standard data factor market construction.The results go as below:The construction level of China’s high-standard data factor market shows a steady growth trend,but the overall level is low and has a large space for improvement,among which the opening of high-standard data factor is the bottleneck restricting the construction of China’s high-standard data factor market.The inter-regional differences of the construction level of China’s high-standard data factor market show a decreasing trend,and it is the main source of the overall differences.The absolute difference of the construction level of high standard data factor market in China and eastern,central and western regions shows a decreasing trend,while the northeast region shows an expanding trend.
