摘 要:为分析盾构法双线隧道开挖过程中后挖隧道对前挖隧道的扰动,以乌鲁木齐市轨道交通2号线为研究对象,采用FLAC^(3D)软件,从围岩变形、应力分布、塑性区发展和管片结构受力等4个方面,模拟分析左线(后挖)隧道开挖对右线(前挖)隧道的影响。结果表明:双线隧道的开挖显著增加了围岩的变形,尤其是在拱顶和拱肩区域,左线隧道的开挖对右线隧道的围岩扰动更为明显;开挖导致围岩应力扰动范围的增加,使得左线开挖后应力重分布更加显著,进而增大了围岩变形和破坏的风险;双线隧道开挖加剧了围岩塑性区的扩展,导致支护结构周围岩体遭受严重破坏。建议优化施工顺序并加强实时监测,以降低围岩破坏风险。To analyze the disturbances caused by the excavation of the rear tunnel on the front tunnel during the construction of twin-line tunnels using the shield tunneling method,Urumqi Metro Line 2 is taken as the research object,and the FLAC^(3D)software is used to simulate and analyze the impact of the left line(rear excavation)on the right line(front excavation)from four aspects of surrounding rock deformation,stress distribution,plastic zone development,and segment structure stress.The results indicate that,(a)the excavation of twin-line tunnels significantly increases the deformation of surrounding rock,particularly in the arch crown and shoulder areas,with the excavation of the left line causing more pronounced disturbances to the surrounding rock of the right line;(b)the excavation leads to an increase in the range of stress disturbances in the surrounding rock,resulting in more significant stress redistribution after the excavation of the left line,thereby increasing the risk of deformation and failure of the surrounding rock;and(c)additionally,the excavation of twin-line tunnels exacerbates the expansion of plastic zone in surrounding rock,leading to severe damage to the rock mass around the support structure.It is recommended to optimize the construction sequence and enhance real-time monitoring to reduce the risk of surrounding rock failure.
