机组瞬时超出力工况大波动过渡过程研究

摘  要:为研究水电机组一次调频超发对输水发电系统大波动水力瞬变特性的影响,基于特征线法和有限差分法对水锤基本方程进行求解,并结合3座已建电站的实际数据,对机组超发8%额定负荷工况下的大波动过渡过程进行了分析。研究结果表明:超出力运行对机组蜗壳最大压力、尾水管最小压力及调压室涌浪极值的影响较小,但对机组最大转速上升率的影响较为显著。为避免转速上升率超过调保控制值,在确保蜗壳最大压力等参数具备安全裕度的前提下,可通过优化导叶关闭规律,在一定范围内有效降低最大转速上升率。研究结果为水电机组超发运行的安全控制提供了理论依据。To investigate the impact of over-generation by hydro-turbine units on the large-amplitude hydraulic transient characteristics of a water conveyance and power generation system,the basic water hammer equations are solved using the method of characteristics and the finite difference method,and the large-amplitude transient process under the condition of 8%over-generation of the rated load is analyzed based on the actual data of three existing power stations.The results show that the over-generation has a minor impact on the maximum pressure in spiral casing,the minimum pressure in draft tube,and the maximum surge in surge chamber,but it significantly affects the maximum speed rise rate of the units.To avoid the speed rise rate exceeding the control value of speed regulation and protection system,the maximum speed rise rate can be effectively reduced within a certain range by optimizing the valve closure law,while ensuring that parameters such as the maximum pressure in spiral casing have sufficient safety margins.This study provides a theoretical basis for the safe control of over-generation operation of hydro-turbine units.
