摘  要:修剪作业是提高葡萄产量和品质的关键环节,液压系统作为葡萄修剪机的核心,对保障机具工作的可靠性具有重要作用。通过T-S故障树分析法建立了葡萄修剪机液压系统的故障树,计算结果表明系统的轻微故障率为1.32×10^(-5)h^(-1),发生严重故障的故障率为8.55×10^(-5)h^(-1)。分析了葡萄修剪机液压系统的概率重要度和关键重要度,液压系统处于半故障状态时,节流阀和换向阀在概率重要度中影响较大,溢流阀和液压泵的关键重要度较高;严重故障状态时,电机和液压缸在概率重要度中影响较大,换向阀、液压泵和电机等的关键重要度较高。相关研究可以作为葡萄修剪机故障排查的依据,有利于提高维修效率,为系统改进提供理论支持。Pruning operation is a key link in improving grape yield and quality,and the hydraulic system,as the core of the grape pruning machine,plays an important role in the reliability of the machine's operation.A fault tree for the hydraulic system of a grape pruning machine was established using T-S fault tree analysis method,with hydraulic system failure as the top event.The calculation results indicated that the system had a minor failure rate of 1.32×10^(-5)h^(-1) and a severe failure rate of 8.55×10^(-5)h^(-1).Analyzed the probability importance and critical importance of the hydraulic system of the grape pruning machine.When the hydraulic system was on a semi-faulty state,the speed control valve and directional valve had a greater impact on the probability importance,while the relief valve and hydraulic pump had a higher critical importance.In severe fault conditions,the motor and hydraulic cylinder had a significant impact on probability importance,while the critical importance of directional valves,hydraulic pumps,and motors were relatively high.Related research can serve as a basis for troubleshooting grape trimmers,which was beneficial for improving maintenance efficiency and providing theoretical support for system improvement.
