摘  要:主要针对上海设施大棚内绿叶菜种植机械化生产的作畦环节进行研究,通过使用液压辊筒式作畦机进行单因素作畦对比试验,以机组前进速度为试验因素,以垄型合格率、土壤紧实度、青菜出苗率、青菜产量为评价指标,进行作业质量评价和紧实度差异比较。结果表明:在慢2档、慢3档、慢4档这3种拖拉机挡位下,作畦质量均达标;在0~15 cm土层范围内,平均土壤紧实度随着机组前进速度的增加而减小。通过对试验结果的分析,为作畦机的实际操作使用提供理论指导。This study mainly focused on the mechanized production of green leafy vegetables in Shanghai greenhouse facilities.By using a hydraulic drum type bed making machine for bed making comparison experiments,the quality evaluation and compactness difference of the ridges formed under different unit's forward speeds were compared.The results showed that in the three tractor gears of slow 2,slow 3,and slow 4,the quality of the bed was up to standard.In the range of 0~15 cm soil layer,the average soil compaction decreased with the increase of the unit's forward speed.By analyzing the experimental results,theoretical guidance was provided for the practical use of the furrow machine.
