摘  要:固态增殖包层是聚变堆中以颗粒球床结构实现中子倍增和氚增殖的一种设计,是实现氚自持的重要部件之一。包层球床有效热导率的测量是研究包层释氚温度的重要前提。本文通过实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,开展了包层球床有效热导率的测量及预测。在常温下采用Hot-Disk热常数分析仪器测量了方形粒径1 mm的Li_(2)TiO_(3)颗粒球床的热导率,随后结合实验结果标定Li_(2)TiO_(3)颗粒球床在PFC (Particle Flow Code)中的数值模拟参数,同时结合标定的Li_(2)TiO_(3)颗粒接触热阻,预测了不同应变下Li_(2)TiO_(3)颗粒球床在常温下的热导率。研究结果表明,常温条件下的球床热导率偏低,随着球床应变增大,球床的有效导热率逐渐增大。本文可为后续包层球床传热提供参数及指导。Solid breeder blanket is a design in fusion reactor to achieve neutron multiplication and tritium breeding with a particle pebble bed structure,and is one of the important components for achieving tritium self-sustaining.The measurement of the effective thermal conductivity of the blanket pebble bed is one of the important prerequisites for studying the temperature of the blanket releasing tritium.In this paper,the ef-fective thermal conductivity of the blanket pebble bed is measured and predicted by combining experiments with numerical simulations.The thermal conductivity of the Li_(2)TiO_(3) pebble bed with a box particle size of 1 mm at room temperature was measured using a Hot-Disk thermal constant analyzer.Subsequently,the thermal conductivity of Particle Flow Code(PFC)numerical simulation parameters of the Li_(2)TiO_(3) pebble bed at room temperature was calibrated using the PFC particle discrete element software in combination with the experimental results.At the same time,combined with the calibrated Li_(2)TiO_(3) contact thermal resistance,the thermal conductivity of the Li_(2)TiO_(3) pebble bed at different strains was predicted.The research results show that the thermal conductivity of the pebble bed at room temperature is relatively low,and the effective thermal conductivity of the pebble bed gradually increases with the increase of the pebble bed strain.This article can provide parameters and guidance for the subsequent blanket pebble bed heat transfer.
