摘 要:偏滤器是聚变堆中承受高热负荷的主要部件之一,被用于处理等离子体排出时的高热负荷,因此,偏滤器的设计对于聚变装置的稳定运行至关重要。在T管氦冷偏滤器单元结构中,钨被用于钨瓦结构以承受大量的热负荷,氦气作为冷却剂带走钨瓦表面的热量。为确保偏滤器在高热运行工况下的稳定性,本文基于SDC-IC准则对优化前后偏滤器单元的机械性能开展了分析对比评估。分析结果表明,优化后的T管氦冷偏滤器单元结构性能更好,其结果为未来偏滤器的热—结构分析工作提供参考。The divertor is one of the main components in fusion reactors that bears high thermal loads,used to handle the intense heat generated when plasma is exhausted.Therefore,the design of the divertor is cru-cial for the stable operation of fusion devices.In the T-tube helium-cooled divertor unit structure,tungsten is used in the tungsten tile configuration to withstand substantial thermal loads,while helium serves as the coolant to remove heat from the surface of the tungsten tiles.To verify the structural stability under high ther-mal operating conditions,a comparative analysis and evaluation of the mechanical performance of the diver-tor unit before and after optimization were conducted based on the SDC-IC criteria.The results demonstrate that the optimized T-tube helium-cooled divertor unit exhibits enhanced structural performance.These find-ings provide a reference for future thermal-structural analysis of divertors.
