摘　　要：研究综述了国际生物多样性监测指标选取和国家公园监测新技术进展,并分析其对我国国家公园监测工作的启示。在分析我国国家公园监测工作现状的基础上,提出了我国国家公园监测体系的构建思路。认为五个国家公园已开展的监测工作,仍存在缺少统筹管理、数据分析和应用不足等问题。并对《国家公园法》涉及的监测工作提出了明确的监测目标和定位,确定各个国家公园具有特色的指标体系,建立全国大数据平台,建立统一基于监测数据的国家公园评估监管体系等建议。This paper systematically reviews the selecting criteria for international biodiversity monitoring indicators and the progress of technological innovation in the field of national park monitoring,and explores its significance for the construction of China′s national park monitoring system.By thoroughly analyzing the current state of monitoring in national parks in China,a framework for constructing an effective monitoring system is proposed.It is found that the monitoring efforts of the existing five national parks still has several gaps,such as uncoordinated management,and insufficient data analysis and application.In response to the monitoring requirements involved in the National Parks Law,this paper puts forward the following recommendations:to clarify the objectives and orientations of the monitoring work;to establish indicator systems that reflect the unique characteristics of each national park;to construct a nationally unified big data platform;and to form a standardized assessment and supervision mechanism based on monitoring data.
