摘 要:以帕兰提尔(Palantir)公司为研究对象,分析其发展历程与技术演进路径,揭示智能时代军事科技创新范式。从系统工程视角解构该公司的技术架构与核心能力,剖析其支撑“决策优势”的关键技术体系,并结合典型军事应用案例,梳理其作战域渗透路径与能力生成模式。研究结果表明,帕兰提尔公司构建的以动态本体论为基础的数据融合体系,实现从情报分析到战场决策的全链路智能化,显著提升战场态势感知与指挥控制效能,大幅缩短杀伤链闭合时间。该公司坚持需求驱动、贯彻实战标准、保持技术进化的理念与实践,可为智能防务体系建设和国防科技创新提供重要启示。This paper focuses on Palantir as the research subject,analyzing its development history and technological evolution path to uncover the paradigm of military technological innovation in the intelligent era.From a systems engineering perspective,it deconstructs Palantir’s technical architecture and core capabilities,examining the key technological systems that underpin its“decision-making superiority”.By integrating typical military application cases,the study outlines its operational domain penetration paths and capability generation models.The research results demonstrate that Palantir’s data fusion system,rooted in dynamic ontology,achieves full-chain intelligence from intelligence analysis to battlefield decision-making,significantly enhancing battlefield situational awareness and command-and-control efficiency while drastically reducing the kill chain closure time.Its principles of demand-driven development,adherence to combat standards,and commitment to technological evolution offer valuable insights for the construction of China’s intelligent defense systems and the innovation of national defense technology.
