摘　　要：人工智能的迅猛发展,不仅催生了大量新产业、新业态、新模式,给全球发展和人类生产生活带来重大变化,也使国家安全领域正经历着一场前所未有的变革。全面探讨人工智能技术在探索基础理论、加速科技革命、赋能军事应用等方面的发展动向,分析概括当前人工智能技术发展的趋势,基于人工智能的基础使能特性,从政治安全、军事安全、经济安全、社会安全和科技安全等5个角度出发,深刻剖析人工智能发展对国家安全产生的深远影响,总结对人工智能安全发展的几点认识。At present,the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)is poised to give rise to a plethora of new industries,business models,and modes of operation,bringing about revolutionary changes to global development and the production and daily life of humanity.The dual-edged nature of AI also signifies that the field of national security is undergoing an unprecedented transformation.This paper comprehensively explores the development trends of AI technology in foundational theoretical methods,acceleration of scientific and technological revolutions,and empowerment of military applications,and analyzes and summarizes the current trends of AI technology development.Subsequently,based on the enabling characteristics of AI,we delve into the profound impact of AI development on national security from five perspectives:political security,military security,economic security,social security,and scientific and technological security.We have summarized several insights into the reliable and controllable development of AI.
