摘  要:以杀伤链闭合为主线,围绕方式手段升维、输出能力升级迭代演进,论述传统作战体系向开放式作战体系升阶的军事需求,系统凝练提出基于杀伤链理念的开放式作战体系。该体系以敏捷适变、按需闭链为核心要义,以分、变、融为聚能机理,以资源池化、服务云化、链接泛化为架构特征。基于典型场景,从情报链、指控链、火力链分析体系运行。实验表明,开放式作战体系在提升杀伤链闭合速度、扩大杀伤链数量规模等方面具备显著优势。针对技术架构、信息交互、智能赋能、指挥权限等问题提出发展建议。With kill chain closure as the central theme,this paper focuses on the dimensional escalation of methods and the iterative evolution of output capabilities to elaborate on the military imperative for advancing traditional combat systems toward open operational architectures.It systematically synthesizes and proposes an open operational system rooted in the kill chain concept,characterized by agile adaptability and on-demand chain closure as its core principles,differentiation,transformation,and integration as its energy-convergence mechanisms,and resource pooling,service cloudification,and link generalization as its architectural hallmarks.By analyzing system operations through intelligence chains,command-and-control chains,and firepower chains in typical scenarios,experiments demonstrate that the open operational system exhibits significant advantages in accelerating kill chain closure and scaling the quantity of kill chains.Development recommendations are further proposed to address challenges in technical architecture,information interoperability,intelligent empowerment,and command authority allocation.
