摘 要:海岛机场与陆地机场在环境、鸟情等方面差异显著。分析海岛机场鸟情基本特点及其对飞行活动的影响,从技术方法层面对海岛机场防控鸟撞需求进行系统分析。从完善防控鸟撞规程标准、加强海洋鸟情调查预警、绿色管控鸟类食物链条、推进驱鸟装备器材建设等4个方面提出海岛机场防控鸟撞的主要技术方法。Island airports exhibit significant differences from land-based airports in terms of their environments and bird conditions.The basic characteristics of bird conditions at island airports and their impact on flight activities are analyzed.The requirements for bird strike prevention at island airports are examined systematically from technical methodology perspective.Four primary technical methods of bird strike prevention and mitigation at island airports are recommended including formulating robust specifications and standards of bird strike prevention,enhancing investigation and warning of marine bird conditions,implementing green measures to manage the bird food chain,and further promoting the development of bird repelling equipment.
