人文关怀结合常规护理在冠脉CTA检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在冠脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查过程中人文关怀结合常规护理的临床应用效果。方法收集苏州大学附属第一医院2023年2月—2023年9月接受冠脉CTA检查的患者108例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上,给予细致入微的人文关怀。最后比较两组患者的护理有效率,CT图像清晰度以及护理满意度。结果研究组在护理效果显效方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在CT图像清晰度和护理满意度方面也都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠脉CTA患者检查过程中,加以人文关怀护理可以提高病人检查的依从性,提高检查结果的准确度,提升医疗服务的满意度,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of humanistic care combined with routine nursing in the process of coronary CT angiography(CTA)examination.Methods 108 patients who received coronary CTA examination in First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from February 2023 to September 2023 were collected and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given meticulous humanistic care on the basis of the control group.Finally,the nursing efficiency,CT image clarity and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in terms of nursing effect,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).It was also significantly better than the control group in terms of CT image clarity and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of coronary CTA examination,humanistic care can improve the compliance of patients,improve the accuracy of examination results,and improve the satisfaction of medical services,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
