合作社对农户生计韧性的影响研究

摘　　要：提升农户生计韧性是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、推动乡村振兴的应有之义。文章基于“缓冲能力—自组织能力—学习能力”生计韧性分析框架,分析合作社对农户生计韧性的影响及作用机制。研究发现:合作社能显著提升农户生计韧性;合作社提升农户生计韧性的溢出效应不会随着合作社数量增加而增强,但会随着质量提升而增进;合作社通过利益联结机制、民主参与机制和信息共享机制增强农户生计韧性;对于纯农业型农户、东部地区以及山区村庄,合作社对农户生计韧性的提升效应更明显。基于此,应加大政策支持,完善监督机制,提升合作社影响力和发展质量;协调地区资源,统筹经济社会效益,并优化民主参与路径,增强弱势农户生计韧性。Improving the livelihood resilience of farmers is an integral part of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.Based on the livelihood resilience analysis framework of"buffering ability-self-organizing ability-learning ability",this paper analyzes the influence and action mechanism of cooperatives on farmers'livelihood resilience,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving farmers'livelihood resilience.The study found that:cooperatives can significantly improve the resilience of farmers'livelihood;the spillover effect of cooperatives will not increase with the increase of cooperatives,but with the improvement of quality;the cooperative society can enhance the resilience of farmers through interest connection mechanism,democratic participation mechanism and information sharing mechanism;and the improvement effect of farmers,eastern regions and mountainous villages.Based on this,policy support should be increased,the monitoring mechanism should be improved,the influence of cooperatives and the quality of their development should be enhanced;regional resources should be coordinated,economic and social benefits should be integrated,and the path of democratic participation should be optimized to enhance the resilience of the livelihoods of vulnerable farming households.
