摘  要:为实现实验室安全风险因素的系统识别与精准防控,构建基于DEMATEL-FR-TAISM的实验室安全风险关键影响因素识别模型。首先,运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)量化风险因素的原因度M_(i)和中心度R_(i);其次,基于综合对抗解释结构建模法(TFR-AISM)绘制带影响值的对抗层次拓扑图,并结合M_(i)、R_(i)绘制带综合影响值连线的坐标图;最后,结合带影响值的对抗层次拓扑图与坐标图分析风险因素间的逻辑关联。结果表明:惯性违规操作、设备故障老化、信息和网络安全漏洞等9项因素是导致实验室安全风险产生的关键。本研究识别出了高校实验室安全事故的关键影响因素,并揭示风险因素系统中各因素间的相互作用关系,可为提升实验室安全管理水平提供新的方法支持。In order to realize the systematic identification and precise prevention and control of laboratory safety risk factors,a key factors identification model of laboratory safety risks based on the DEMATEL-FR-TAISM was constructed.Firstly,the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)method is employed to quantify causality degree(M_(i))and centrality(R_(i))of risk factors.Secondly,the adversarial hierarchical topological diagram with impact values is drawn through the comprehensive Total Fuzzy Reachable Adversarial Interpretive Structural Model(TFR-AISM)method,and the Cartesian coordinate diagram with the comprehensive impact value line is drawn by integrating the M_(i)and R_(i).Finally,the logical interconnections and mechanisms of action among risk factors are analyzed by synthesizing the adversarial hierarchical topological diagram with influence value and the Cartesian coordinate diagram.The results show that 9 factors,such as inertia violation operation,equipment failure aging,information and network security vulnerability,are the key factors that lead to laboratory security risks.This study identifies the key influencing factors of the safety accidents of university laboratory,and reveals the interaction relationship of various factors in the risk factors system,which can provide a new method support for improving the level of laboratory safety management.
