摘  要:为掌握高应力条件下工作面超前采动应力的演化规律,采用现场测试与数值模拟分析相结合的研究手段,分析了高应力条件下工作面超前采动应力的演化规律。结果表明:当距工作面28.4~76.4 m时,回风巷煤体受工作面支承压力影响显著,煤体应力开始逐渐上升;在距工作面26.0 m时,超前采动应力影响下应力达到峰值,煤体开始发生塑性变形。工作面回风巷侧超前支承压力最大影响范围为144 m,支承压力最大值为33.5 MPa,应力集中系数为2.40;运输巷侧超前支承压力超前影响范围最大值为168 m,支承压力峰值为54.6 MPa,应力集中系数为3.90。数值模拟的超前采动应力的变化趋势与现场实测结果基本一致,使用数值模拟分析手段,深化分析了综放工作面超前采动应力演化规律,为煤矿安全高效开采提供了数据支撑。In order to grasp the evolution law of the advance mining stress in the caving face under high stress conditions,the evolution law of the advance mining stress in the caving face under high stress conditions was analyzed by means of field test and numerical simulation analysis.The results show that when the distance from the caving face is 28.4~76.4 m,the coal body of the return airway is significantly affected by the abutment pressure of the caving face,and the coal body stress begins to rise gradually;that when the distance from the caving face is 26.0 m,the stress reaches the peak under the influence of the advance mining stress,and the plastic deformation of the coal body begins to occur;that the maximum influence range of the advance abutment pressure on the side of the return airway of the caving face is 144 m,the maximum abutment pressure is 33.5 MPa,and the stress concentration factor is 2.40;and that the maximum advance influence range of the advance abutment pressure on the side of the transportation roadway is 168 m,the peak abutment pressure is 54.6 MPa,and the stress concentration factor is 3.90.The change trend of the advance mining stress in the numerical simulation is basically consistent with the field measurement results.The numerical simulation analysis method is used to deepen the analysis of the evolution law of the advance mining stress in fully mechanized caving face,which provides data support for safe and efficient mining in coal mines.
