新工科背景下安全工程专业人才的一种培养方案——以湖南科技大学为例

摘  要:为探索新工科背景下安全工程专业人才培养模式的改革,分析安全工程专业人才培养的现状和问题,以湖南科技大学安全工程专业为例,从人才培养方案的优化设计、教学理念与方法的更新、培养质量跟踪调查及反馈机制的构建等方面,提出在新工科背景下的人才培养总体实施方案。研究结果显示:该方案预计不仅在本校可连续应用于4届及以上约500名学生的培养,还能向外校输出先进理念与成熟模式,预计受益学生可达约15000人,为提升整个工科教育水平贡献力量。In order to explore the reform of the talent cultivation mode for safety engineering majors under the context of new engineering,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of talent cultivation in safety engineering majors,and takes the safety engineering major of Hunan University of Science and Technology as an example to propose an overall implementation plan for talent cultivation under the background of new engineering disciplines from the aspects of optimizing the design of talent cultivation plans,updating teaching concepts and methods,tracking and investigating training quality,and constructing feedback mechanisms.The research results show that this program is expected to be continuously applied to the training of about 500 students for 4 or more sessions in our university,and can also export advanced concepts and mature models to other universities.It is expected to benefit about 15000 students and contribute to the improvement of the overall level of engineering education.
