摘 要:精准识别并分析在线评论中的有用性信息能为企业高效开展产品创新提供重要支撑。从情景分析视角出发,开展基于在线评论有用性的产品创新方案生成研究:首先,从负面评论中提取关键词,构建融合结构化特征与语义特征的评论有用性影响因素模型,识别有用性评论,利用主题模型从中遴选亟待改进的产品特征;其次,筛选相关有用性评论,基于情景分析挖掘产品在不同使用情景下的现有问题与潜在问题;最后,从专利文本中获取创新要素,结合发明问题解决理论提出产品创新方案生成框架。实证研究部分以扫地机器人为例,验证了所提框架的可行性,从而为企业提高创新效率、降低创新成本并减少盲目创新风险提供决策依据。Accurate identification and analysis of useful information in online reviews can provide important support for enterprises to efficiently carry out product innovation.From the perspective of scenario analysis,this paper carries out research on the generation of product innovation schemes based on the usefulness of online reviews.First,keywords are extracted from negative reviews,and a model of influencing factors of review usefulness combining structural and semantic features is built to identify useful reviews.Product features that need to be improved are selected by using the topic model.Secondly,the relevant useful reviews are screened,and the existing and potential problems of the product in different use scenarios are explored based on scenario analysis.Finally,the innovative elements are obtained from the patent text,and a generation framework of product innovation schemes is proposed by combining TRIZ.The empirical research part takes the vacuum cleaning robot as an example to verify the feasibility of the proposed framework,which can provide decision-making basis for enterprises to improve innovation efficiency,reduce innovation costs,and reduce the risk of blind innovation.
