摘　　要：新质生产力发展需要培育新型劳动者。以55所本科高校为调查对象,发现电子商务专业课程主要存在应用型课程较少、内容陈旧、结构不合理等问题,结合新质生产力内涵提出相应优化对策:以需求为导向构建“基础-创新-拔尖”梯度课程体系;以OBE理念优化课程内容,培养富有创新精神的应用型人才;用数字技术完善实践教学,构建“知识、理论、技能、实践”相互融通的实践平台,以便为数字经济高质量发展提供高素质的应用型、创新型、复合型商务人才。Developing new quality productive requires cultivating new types of workers.Based on the investigation of 55 undergraduate universities,this paper finds that the curriculum of E-commerce majors has problems such as a lack of applied courses,outdated content and unreasonable structure,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures combined with the connotation of new quality productivity:demand-oriented construction of“foundation-innovation-top”gradient curriculum system;Optimize the course content with OBE concept to cultivate innovative and applied talents;Improve practical teaching with digital technology,and build a practice platform that integrates knowledge,theory,skills and practice,in order to provide high-quality business talents for the high-quality development of the digital economy.
