摘　　要：根据汽车前大灯装饰件的结构和技术要求,分析其结构特征,使用UG软件对模具浇注系统、定位系统、抽芯机构、冷却系统、推出机构和排气系统进行设计,模具采用热流道浇注系统与内、外侧抽芯机构,冷却系统采用“直通式水管+水井”形式,排气系统设置3个级别排气槽。经实际生产证明:模具结构设计合理,抽芯机构动作可靠平稳,成型周期短,塑件尺寸达到技术要求。According to the structure and technical requirements of the automotive headlight deco⁃rating part,the structural characteristics of the plastic parts were analyzed,and the mould gating system,positioning system,core pulling mechanism,cooling system,ejection mechanism and ex⁃haust system were designed by using UG software.The hot runner gating system and the inner and outer core pulling mechanism were adopted by the mould,the cooling system adopted the form of"straight through water pipe+well",and the exhaust system was designed with three levels of air vent.The actual production proved that the mould structure design was reasonable,the core pull⁃ing mechanism was reliable and stable,the moulding cycle was short,and the product size met the technical requirements.
