新质生产力视域下的区域国别外语人才培养路径

摘  要:新质生产力的发展对区域国别外语人才培养模式提出了新需求。本研究通过对国内某知名高校区域国别人才培养模式进行案例探究,以学生深度访谈为基础,探讨新质生产力背景下区域国别外语人才培养的机遇和挑战。研究表明,尽管现有高校人才培养模式取得了一定成果,但在知识体系和素养方面仍存在不足,应适当融入以外语为基础、与目标国家和区域科技行业相关的教学素材,加强多学科合作,培养行业经验,从而提升学生的科学素养和专业能力。本研究为区域国别外语人才培养提供相应参照,为外语学科在新质生产力时代下的内涵式发展提供一定启示。The advancement of new quality productivity has introduced new demands on the cultivation models for foreign language talents in the field of country and region studies.This study presents a case study of the talent development model at a prestigious Chinese university,utilizing in-depth student interviews to explore the opportunities and challenges associated with cultivating foreign language talents in the context of new quality productivity.The research further examines how the existing cultivation model can be innovatively adapted to meet the evolving developmental needs of new quality productivity.The findings indicate that while the current talent development models have achieved notable successes,significant gaps remain in the knowledge systems and competencies required for future growth.It is recommended that teaching materials related to new quality productivity,especially those focusing on the technological industries and corporate sectors of target countries and regions,be integrated into the curriculum.Furthermore,enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering industry-specific experience are critical strategies for improving students’scientific literacy and professional competencies.This study offers valuable insights into the cultivation of foreign language talents in country and region studies and provides a framework for the connotative development of foreign language disciplines in the era of new quality productivity.
