基于中医外治的中青年颈椎陶瓷理疗产品设计

摘　　要：针对中青年预防和改善颈椎局部病变问题,以为中青年群体提供高舒适度、功能稳定且人机协调性优良的理疗产品为出发点,开展了颈椎陶瓷理疗产品的系统设计与研究。基于人体工学原理,提出了一种贴合颈椎生理曲度的颈椎陶瓷理疗产品的设计方法,并阐述了其设计依据。通过Jack软件对产品进行虚拟模拟与仿真,验证了设计方案的科学性与可行性。研究结果表明,该理疗产品具有较高的舒适度,且在颈部曲线矫正方面具有良好的应用潜力。此外,研究将按摩功能与中医鼻腔给药治疗法相结合,进一步优化了颈椎病的预防与治疗效果。该设计方案整体符合设计要求,为颈椎陶瓷理疗产品的进一步研发提供了重要参考。A study was conducted targeting the prevention and improvement of cervical local pathologies in young and middle-aged individuals.With the design goal of providing high-comfort,functionally stable,and ergonomically optimized therapeutic products for this demographic,a sys-tematic design and research of cervical ceramic therapeutic products were carried out.Based on ergonomic principles,a design method for cervical ceramic therapeutic products that conform to physiological curvature was proposed,and the design rationale was elaborated.Virtual simulation and finite element analysis of the product were performed using Jack software to verify the scientific basis and feasibility of the design.The results demonstrated that the therapeutic product exhibited high comfort and showed promising potential in cervical alignment correction.Additionally,the integration of massage functionality with traditional Chinese medicine nasal drug delivery therapy was found to optimize the preventive and therapeutic effects for cervical spondylosis.The design scheme was shown to meet the design requirements and is expected to provide significant reference value for further research and development of cervical ceramic therapeutic products.
